building designs; liaising with contractors and subcontractors
on specific details of the execution; identifying,
budgeting, and purchasing all equipment needed for
the building and for each department's specific needs;
hiring administrative staff; communicating with the
Institute on progress and ongoing new critical needs
along with the corresponding budget implications; motivating
the team to meet appropriate milestones; and managing
all details of the overall process. |
